Infinite open world
Procedurally generated terrain that goes on forever, and gets deadlier the farther you travel from spawn.

Guns. Blocks. Dragons. The horde returns in 2026.
The best-selling indie game on Xbox 360 is being rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5 by the team that made the original.

The Resurrection
In 2011 CastleMiner Z hit Xbox Live Indie Games and introduced a generation to creative survival horror: dig, build, arm up, and hold the line against the horde as the sun goes down. It went on to become the best-selling independent title on the Xbox 360.
Now the original developers are back together, remaking the game from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5. It sits somewhere between a remake and a sequel: the same feel, the same fear of nightfall, with a full graphics overhaul, new features, and a foundation we can keep building on for years.
